only negative I have is the UV lamp is temperamental as apparently I have to be careful where I place my thumb in the machine, it is a large lamp so my whole hand was inside but I was told I have to make sure my thumb was inside (not sure what this means, cheap machine?) anyway for some reason the nail polish on my thumb didn't 'cure and so there was a while mark...the manicurist said there is nothing she could do but offered to repaint to which I accepted but has since chipped (after two days)

Booked a classic facial on Saturday afternoon, appears that this salon has a steady stream of customers for eyebrow treatments so they weren’t aware of my booking but I’d only booked it that morning and they were good about accommodating. Facial was great and all staff very friendly, came out feeling relaxed and pampered I would definitely use this salon again for friendliness and value for money
