My beautician was amazing with me! In general everyone is lovely here :) it’s a shame they have to deal with rude customers! But they deal with it well as I saw when I was there. Very lovely salon x

I had a Hollywood wax and the beautician seemed really nervous, didn’t speak good English and applied the wax in bizarre sections (which made it more painful). It was the most uncomfortable wax I have ever experienced, took more than double the amount of time (as she kept trying to remove the hot wax before it was ready) and kept going over the same area again and again.
I have this treatment regularly and thought I would try somewhere more local and slightly cheaper - never again.
