Got confused initially because this salon has 2 branches in the same shopping centre and I got lost.
Staff are very friendly but the overall ambiance is missing. There is no music to set the tone and the person doing my treatment was incredibly quiet. The overall mani/pedi was good aside from nicking my skin and causing a little bit of bleeding when removing cuticles- but she was clean and immediately got a fresh pair of clippers to work with.
Equipment doesn’t look like it is thoroughly cleaned. The files are used on multiple clients (I could tell by marks and debris left on them - it seems they are only sanitised by a spray).

I went in today for a massage. Unfortunately there was a screaming match between another customer and an employee and so my 'relaxing massage was the opposite. We could hear everything going on in the salon and half way through the massage, someone just turned the music up to an uncomfortable level. However, the lady massaging me was brilliant and very apologetic, but this was irrelevant as you don't expect screaming in the salon when you're trying to relax. The salon only gave me a £4 discount for the experience when actually they should have offered another massage.

Was welcomed straight away by the lovely girls. They knew I was coming and were ready on time - also didn’t mind I was running a few minutes late. The manicure was professional and well done. The girls were chatty, lovely and very efficient! Will be going again.
