I went in today for a massage. Unfortunately there was a screaming match between another customer and an employee and so my 'relaxing massage was the opposite. We could hear everything going on in the salon and half way through the massage, someone just turned the music up to an uncomfortable level. However, the lady massaging me was brilliant and very apologetic, but this was irrelevant as you don't expect screaming in the salon when you're trying to relax. The salon only gave me a £4 discount for the experience when actually they should have offered another massage.

Was welcomed straight away by the lovely girls. They knew I was coming and were ready on time - also didn’t mind I was running a few minutes late. The manicure was professional and well done. The girls were chatty, lovely and very efficient! Will be going again.

Came for waxing & manicure and spa pedicure. Shannon was very lovely and done her job good, although the pedicure didnt go very well at the end (I blame the nail polish I suppose?). Was drying the colour for half an hour and it still got smudged after I was told it’s ok to go.
Asked to take the colour off as didn’t have time to wait and do it all over again and asked for a discount since I didn’t leave the salon with what I came for. After arguing for good 5 minutes that it’s not their fault and the nail polish the used is a great brand (yeah, clearly) they very unhappily knocked off 1.50£ off the whole price. i value the time of the working person and I was being as nice as possible and I think it’s fair not to charge for the colour since it didn’t work out. Not happy with the outcome.
Wouldn’t go there again, left feeling disappointed. No complaints about Shannon, (Rating 2* goes towards the other two ladies that couldn’t deal with the situation).
