I have my treatments done by Param. She is very good and very friendly. Also she was considerate as I have not long ago had a c section so she took extra care not to touch the scar area.

I'm really sorry, not sure of my beautician's name - but she took so much care over my manicure, that I opted for a pedicure also. She was tentative, took her time, and really thorough! I booekd an appointment very last minute through the app. Will definitely be visiting the ladies at Calista again!

I paid for Hollywood, full legs and 3/4 arms they wanted to give me legs and half arms. First thing. Second thing the treatment was rushed and went I went home I realized that I have lots of hair left on my legs. They tell you to check but it's not easy to do in 5 mins and when your skin is red. The therapist(which I believe was the owner didn't wear uniform) pulled an annoyed face when the lady on till told her I had Hollywood as well. I am absolutely annoyed as I went on holiday first thing when I landed I had to find a salon to wax again. I was coming here every month so they lost at least 50 pounds a month. They rushed the treatment other times but never that bad. You will not see me again. Bye bye

My massage therapist was very friendly and nice to chat to while I had my first massage. My back feels great 👍🏿 Shout out to the nice lady on the desk that offered a refreshment
