Awful service. Would not recommend going here. Rude staff , rushed job and very poor threading. Don't bother going here and wasting your money.

Absolutely love the massage chairs in this salon, very relaxing, a real extra treat whilst having a pedicure. Even though my appointment was at the end of the day and they were clearing up ready to close, my treatment was not cut short and was done well.

I had my lashes done of Saturday, its now Monday. The technician spent far, far longer on the right eye and this was evident when she had finished. I had been in the salon for an hour and a half when she finished and when i mentioned the left eye looked a bit ‘meh’ she just said i had thin eye lashes? The right eye looked Ok? And that’s never been an issue before!
Two days on and the left eye has lost about 30% of lashes. The right eye only about 5 lashes in all. As you can imagine, this looks pretty naff and is hugely disappointing.
I have booked infill - elsewhere i hasten to add - for 2 weeks time ahead of my holiday but I’m going to have to change the booked to a full set as there is no chance these lashes will still be on by then. A strong breeze and one will fall out!
In conclusion i would recommend people try one of the many other salons offering the same service as although it sounds like ur getting a bargain with the misleading £100 reduced to £50 stated on treatwell, it is in fact £50 on their price list in store!?
