Really gutted. I have had this treatment here before and had a great experience. However this time I was given a member of staff called Lucy & it was really strange. It wasn’t an Indian head massage, it seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing at all and it was a complete waste of money. I didn’t want to post something negative on here without speaking to them first so tried to communicate with them via email but have had no response. Really disappointed in all this & embarrassed that I had previously recommended it to friends. I would now urge anyone to steer clear sadly.

I was really disappointed with my last visit. i have become a regular here but they seem to treat you like a criminal when you book through treatwell, i had 3 seperate ladies ask to see my confirmation and whether i have paid. this is now the 4th time it has happened so i will not be returning. if you dont like clients booking through treatwell then dont offer your services on the app. its a real shame as my first couple of visits were great. i also asked for hot wax and paid the extra for it but the lady used a mix of strip and hot which was quite painful!
