Extremely unprofessional, unclean, and not worth the money. I was made to walk barefoot after my pedicure in the salon where anyone walks in with their shoes on, the sink at where they asked me to wash my hands was atrocious, there was hairs and gunk growing on it, absolutely disgusting. And to top it all off the staff were more interested in having a chin wag with one another, I was lucky my beautician Shannon was the most professional one, the others however even at one point stopped and completely turned around to have a chat with an ex employee. Just appalling, not the relaxation I was after.

Waxing was fine. Was a little disappointed the towel on the bed was not fresh and already had wax on.

The worst experience I have had for over 7 years of waxing and various cosmetic procedures.
The space is extremely dirty, the staff insist to put the fan on. The fan has dust for over a year!!
The member of staff didn't do the job it was paid for because she said "is too hot and you are sweating", I have taken photos and reported to numerous instances.
These type of places should be closed before someone gets infection!!!!
