This was pretty much my first salon experience so I was pretty nervous. The treatment began 20 minutes late, but the guy on reception was very apologetic and I still got my full time.
We started with the "deep cleansing" facial and I wasnt quite sure what to expect. I really wish the therapist could have talked through what she was doing as she just moved on to painful parts without talking and it was pretty startling. Same with covering my nose, I became pretty apprehensive of what was gunna happen next. It was a good, thorough clean though. Unfortunately it wasn't very relaxing as people came in and out of the treatment room, including my therapist who even left to talk to her boss about how much I'm paying. Most of our talk was her trying to sell me bundles and services. I'm glad that I chose to pay at the venue as when I told her how much Treatwell quoted, which was apparently much less than in-store prices, she told me my massage would only be half the time. When I told her I would cancel the service then, they agreed to honour the Treatwell terms...
The indian massage was nice, a little painful at first (I did ask for it firm) but she lightened up when I said so and it was fairly relaxing. My back feels in better condition. It was a little annoying that she told me to get dressed and meet her outside, and then just left the door wide open, even if its a back room.
So, to summarize, the treatments themselvea were solid but I did not enjoy the service. I dont think I will come here again.

I had the worst Brazilian wax ever. I was burned with the wax and left sore and bruised and she only applied it in two areas. It was two areas too many. I will not ever go back. DO NOT GET WAXED AT THIS SALON!
