Had to wait for the room to be set up despite being a early morning booking with no one in before me, so started 10 mins late. I did mention that I had been waiting and had booked an hour teatment but we still finished on time so hour treatment was cut to 40 mins. The facial was nice and relaxing, but was left with mask on for over 15 mins and could of done this all at home and saved myself the journey and £35!

Probably the most painful half hour of my life. I've had bikini waxes before but this was my first time at Calista. The therapist was lovely but the waxing was awful; more painful, less dignified, worse results, and significantly more expensive than my usual salon. I also had 2 small burns from the wax.
In summary, I won't be going back.

Nice place. Nice staff. Pedicure is great. Manicure lasted 24 hrs before it chipped sadly.
