The staff are pleasant enough but do not interact with the customers particularly well. You don't always need to make an appointment depending on what you wish to have. The staff are very good but the atmosphere isn't great. I would go back so hopefully they will become a little more customer friendly!
nice relaxing treatment, worth the money but it was noisy outside in reception and i could hear it when i was having treatment. will definitely go back.

It didn't get off to a good start as my order hadn't pulled through from treat well so they didn't know I was coming. I had to wait for 45 minute but they did so their best to for me I'm. I went through to the back room where I lay down. It wasn't the nicest room and was a little grotty and make shift. I had my lashes done and half way through one eye they run out of the length they had stated with and I had to settle for a longer length. They were fine not as I have ever experience before. They were really thin and when I asked about more being put on she said I have no lashes. I have my lashes done every month and have never had this problem before. When I got home I realised why. She had stuck one indervidual lash to a clump of 4 of my own lashes. Was okay but on here it said they were half price and are normally £100. I begrudged paying £50 let alone £100!

Horrendous individual eyelashes here rushed job sloppy left glue all over my bottom lashes and eyelids and lost one whole eye of lashes including my own within 4days!!!!!
