I wanted to have a bit of a pamper, so decided on a Deluxe Manicure with Paraffin Wax, the cost was £23.00.
Arrived for my appointment, had a seat for a few minutes and was asked to go sit at the manicure station. The manicurist asked if I wanted a colour and asked me to choose one, she filed my nails, buffed them and had me soak my hand in a cuticle bath, cleaned up my cuticles. Painted on the Paraffin Mask, cling wrapped my hands and waited 10 - 15 minutes. All very nice, but not much time spent on my nails. She then cleaned off the wax and painted my nails. However, come Monday morning I have 7 nails with chipped polish. I am really disappointed with the result and feel completely ripped off, as I could have had a gel finish mini manicure for £25.00 at any salon. I will not recommend this salon and will not be using them again.

Always amazing service and pleasant atmosphere too. Might need to review the music however as when in there for more then an hour it can be dull and make you sleepy.

Overall pretty please with this treatment. Appointment was on time and manicure lasted the full treatment time (40 mins). Won't lie, it wasn't the 'best' shellac application ever but these are so hit and miss with the manicurist. I had a French Manicure and it looks quite good (again not perfect but I'm very hard to please) - little too much gel around my cuticles so on close inspection it does look rather false which is a shame. On two nails the gel started to come away, only after 2 days so I went back today for a fix up which they were fine about.
Despite all this, I would go back to the salon, especially for a pedicure shallac as the massage chairs look amazing.

Really good manicure and pedicure, regular price only £35, so I will return, good value for money. Only negative was I couldn't get a signal on my phone.
