The salon is very nice and clean. The ambience could be improved if they shut the door - the salon is right in a noisy shopping mall and this was quite distracting. It was also very cold although there was a heater switched on. I was freezing - this needs to get sorted.
Staff were lovely and attentive. my nails look great I was pleased with the fact that she suggested colour for me which shows some interest. I went with the suggestion and am glad I did! Good value for money and good location with asda car park near by. Not bad !

Shop was really clean and friendly. Only a 5 minute wait until I was called up, really good manicure with gel nails. The girl who did mine was really friendly and polite. Really good value.

The lady didnt seem too experienced with waxing, the landing strip was wonky when i got home to look at it properly.
After stripping off the wax, she'd place the used&hairy strips right next to the pot of wax! (couldn't she just chuck them in the bin right away?!)
Bits of wax were left around the genital area, which kept sticking to my undies as i was going home...ahhh the pain!
The place didnt double dip, which was good.
Brazilian Waxing
I visited Calista beauty a month ago and was very disappointed with the treatments. The beauty therapist who gave me my massage was texting on her phone whilst giving me the treatment and at points only used one hand to massage my back :-( The facial was also disappointing which I believe was down to the technique as well as the products. The therapist did not assess my skin or ask whether I had any blemishes/areas i wanted to be worked on in particular. My skin didn't feel refreshed or cleansed as you would normally expect after receiving a facial . Finally I had a shellac manicure which was about average but more to do with the fact they used CND products rather than the technique. I wouldn't recommend Calista Beauty.
