I usually get a deep bikini wax, hair removed from sides and bit off top, today i saw different therapist who done the sides and left the top even though i explained i usually get that removed also. She told me its not included in the price and id have to pay more, which i wasnt going to since id pay the same every time previously. I keft the salon with clean sides and new growth ontop which obviously looked a mess so i had to go purchase some ready wax and finish myself at home. Not impressed.

I visited today for a Hollywood wax, classic eyelash extensions and an eyebrow tint. My beauty therapist was Kamini and she was lovely! Very friendly, welcoming and professional. All my treatments she did with care and were of an amazing standard! I’ll definitely be coming back

I asked for Russian lashes so I payed extra £10 when I got there so over all £60 when my lashes were done they didn’t look like Russian lashes but I told they eye lash lady it was fine I got home and all my friends and family were telling me they were definitely not Russian eyelashes two days later half the lashes are not on my eyes , I definitely need to go back and sort this problem out.
