I was v happy with my experience at Calista where I had my ear and helix pierced. Professional and informative about after care too.

Was seen to my room, lady was not going to leave for me to change until I asked her to. She was then peaking through the door while I settled myself so I had no privacy. The floor was dirty with crumbs + the clean towel I expected to cover my body was a blanket that looked like it was used for all customers. I signed up for full body but most of the time was spent on my head with the lady applying oil directly to my hair. When body was worked on it was just application, barely any massage.

Unenthusiastic beautician who spent more time trying to insist we buy extras than do the work to a high standard. They were not friendly and made me feel tense. Also the salon looked scruffy with scuffed walls, hooks hanging from their screws and flickering over head lights. It was terrible and I would never suggest this place.
