Not a nice salon/nail bar... miserable staff, place dirty.. whole experience rushed. Only went because of voucher, won’t go back. Especially for £25, I can get cheaper and better elsewhere.

The whole processed was very rushed and the atmosphere felt quite hostile and as a result I’ve ended up with some very average gel nails. The paint goes over the cuticles which essentially means they will peel off much quicker and there was no prepping of the nail (filing or buffing). I had to ask her to do an extra layer because when she finished they were so light you could still see the nail through the colour. Disappointed with the overall experience and result.

Arrival: didn't have my booking so I had to "prove" I had one. Atmosphere: Bright lights in shopping centre - not relaxing.
Pedicure: overall ok but used a cheese grater (not good) and really hard. All utensils were NOT new, in disinfectant only. Unclear how often they're replaced.
Manicure: shellac curing machine was filthy, couldn't rest my hand down instead hovering it. So far shellac has stayed on (3 days).
Range of colours was limited.
Place seemed busy though for eyebrow threading.
