Staff were amazing, however foot massage could have been longer, and there should be an option for a French manicure without Shellac.

Pretty poor wax with a lot of hairs left. Also don’t go very far out so left hairs which normally would be waxed. Very quick process (15-20mins) but maybe leads to a lower quality.

Charged me more than I was booked in for. Patches of hair left in places. Lady waxing me was friendly and nice though. Miscommunication but painless.
