I’m just disappointed I had to give this salon 1 star. Firstly I was asked to fill in the medical information form during the pedicure, what a relief I don’t have health concerns as it would have been too late to do anything, secondly the lady kept turning to people doing walk ins to say she’d just be a minute and talking to her colleague doing the customer next to me to have a conversation - hardly relaxing. She rushed through what was supposedly the spa manicure completely skipping the massage bit (presumably to see to the customers who she had told she’d only be a minute to). After the manicure she left me in the waiting area and walked off to serve other customers. When she returned I pointed out my toe nails were ragged and 2 of the nails were smudged and she’d missed bits on others to which she replied well that’s not my fault. To top an unpleasant experience off I noticed that the toe separators used on customers were just put straight back without cleaning to use on other customers, let’s hope no one before me had a fungal infection. All in all the staff are rude, the quality of work is poor, the salon is unhygientic and the service is falsely advertised.

A 50 minute spa pedicure was a rushed, 30 minute pedicure with minimal nail filing, no base or top coat to the varnish, painful cuticle treatment, minimal foot and ankle massage, surly staff.....all over in 30 minutes instead of the advertised 50.....AND I had to use my own foot file when I got home to get rid of the rough skin that had been created within the appointment, that wasn't there before!
