Women that work there are very rude, she didn’t even give me anytime to tell her what I wanted. I’ve been getting my eyebrows threaded for years but this was the most painful one yet, the thread they use is awful. Made me pay extra then what they usually charge. The actually threading job was fine but was very nervous she would mess up my eyebrows. Wouldn’t recommend this place

Not the Friendliest of staff- no self-introductions. Looked a bit annoyed I was there.
Trolley containing wax and treatments was dirty. No towel provided, dirty one hanging on hook.
Very quick wax but very painful compared to previous waxes. Lots of hairs left behind.
