The appointment was for shellac removal. I felt as if I was being pressurised into having another shellac application which I didn't want. They were trying very hard to sell me a manicure, but when I got up at the end of the treatment they were sitting someone down in the seat before I had picked up my jacket. Had much better service in the past from them.
It's quite strange to be able to hear the rest of the mall while being waxed (treatment rooms are fake walls with no ceilings at the back of the salon which has wide open doors to the rest of the shopping mall) but it's still private. Professional wax.
