Fast and polite service without any hassle. Operate a book instore so didn't have my online booking, but they had space to fit me in.
The manicure was quick, but the nail varnishes were really tacky and left stripes on my nails. There was paint left on the skin around my nails, and both my thumbs had so much polish and top coat put on that it all smudged and couldn't dry properly. The lady who gave the manicure was a very kind and nice, chatty and professional. However her two colleagues came over to tell her she had done it wrong, but gave mixed messages as one said she they would charge me less as it wasn't the manicure I had booked, and 5 minutes later the other person came over and told her to take the polish off and restart the manicure. In the end I don't know what I was charged, but it felt like too much for an experience that wasn't professional, and for a manicure that honestly my brother could have done better. Unfortunately, I don't think it's possible to upload pictures of the manicure.

It was nice, but because if it's location and because the roof on the treatments room aren't covered over its a little loud from the centre.

Really good service, I would definitely go back to this salon. Very clean and friendly staff. And a very convenient location in the mall.
Ladies' Waxing
The final result was good but it was not the best waxing experience I have had compared to previous occasions.
