Perfectly good gel manicure, and nails look good. The lady that helped me was polite but the general appearance of the store looked tired and the UV lamps were very dirty in appearance. Not a problem for my treatment, but didn't give. a great impression

First of all her name wasn’t Rusha it was Deana, but she was very nice.
I was a little surprised that my cuticles were not pushed back or trimmed during my manicure.
I booked online and thought I was getting the full ‘Combo’ treatment. Manicure/pedicure for £42 but the payment wasn’t enough. My voucher was for £50 but I wasn’t allowed to submit the whole
Voucher for payment. I had to top up with cash??

Ordered men full body and was told when arrival that they only do neck shoulders n back for men. My partner goes in I'm left waiting 15-20mins after eing told that he would go 1st n she would come get me in 5 mins so we Can have it together (Mind u they said we couldn't when I caalled to book)
Finally get called in and have been waiting over 10 mins for my massage to enter a cold room to be left by the therapist at times 20mins +. The therapist coming in and out was too consistent for my liking
