Ordered men full body and was told when arrival that they only do neck shoulders n back for men. My partner goes in I'm left waiting 15-20mins after eing told that he would go 1st n she would come get me in 5 mins so we Can have it together (Mind u they said we couldn't when I caalled to book)
Finally get called in and have been waiting over 10 mins for my massage to enter a cold room to be left by the therapist at times 20mins +. The therapist coming in and out was too consistent for my liking
