I was told I’d have a gold star stud so I asked for a silver instead but then wasn’t given a choice of what one or even shown the stud. The first earring got a little stuck and then the second one they didn’t remove my mask string so they went through the string and it got caught. We then had to remove the back of the earring which took 5 minutes to get the mask off. Not a very professional service I’m afraid.

Massage was ok, head massage was more like a hair tug. Salon is filthy, experience was very average and very rushed. Not sure why as no one was in salon and I was early. No time given to get changed privately which was a major no no for me. Never make the customer feel rushed! This is suppose to be a relaxing experience not a stampede! Price is good but I guess you do get what you pay for but also in this case you quite possible get less. Due to hygiene and the rush not sure I’ll return. Sorry.
