I was told I’d have a gold star stud so I asked for a silver instead but then wasn’t given a choice of what one or even shown the stud. The first earring got a little stuck and then the second one they didn’t remove my mask string so they went through the string and it got caught. We then had to remove the back of the earring which took 5 minutes to get the mask off. Not a very professional service I’m afraid.
