I arrived there and they didn't have my booking. I don't know if they didn't check or if there was a problem with Treatwell. And because of that I feel like they call the only person available and I really don't think she was use to do waxing. She was surprised that the wax was so hot, couldn't make the roller work properly and so was rolling it quite harshly on my leg. She was sighing a lot and made comment about how hairy I was. Her English was not confident, which I can understand being a non native English speaker but instead of talking to me she was pushing me or twisting me. She use the same wax for the leg and bikini, it was te first time I saw this in a salon. And because the waxing was done very badly I went home covering in wax.
They didn’t know I had an appointment. They couldn’t do gel / shellac manicure but I agreed to have a manicure- she filed my nails very short and they were wonky and she cut my cuticles. Would not recommend.

Overall satisfied with waxing. Therapist took her time to check where hair was. Underarm wax good but not perfect as there were still few hair remaining, but maybe they were just too short!
