Booked an upper lip wax, ended up going home and noticing that probably 2/3 of my hair were still there. The lady was nice, but the job was done very poorly. I didn't notice it at the salon, otherwise I would have said anything.
Plus, she didn't wait for the wax to harden and when she tried to pull it off it hurt. I had to stop her and make conversation in order to make the wax harden by myself.
The beautician was a lovely lady and explained all the ingrediets used. All natural ingrediets made fresh. The only downfalls was that the room was multipurpose for a bridal shop and beauticians. Also there was still face mask remaining when I left.
Everything was great except the manicure. The lady was very nice amd friendly, color was great, but unfortunately, it already started chipping plus there was no removal of cuticles, there was stuff left under the fingernails from filing.
Went there for a full body wax. Although It has bern recommended to me by a friend still I was nervous. No reason for that though! What an amazing and nice experience. I had to review it as I went to so many other places during last few years for waxing. Clean and peaceful! I do recommend it to anyone who is looking for a safe place for waxing
Could not fault my experience at Calla Beauty. Was really relaxing there and Mary listened to exactly what I wanted. One of the best in the area and will definitely be going back. Had a lovely hair cut and blow dry so was super pleased once I left!
