When I went there it was empty - the lady was really lovely and chatty but I was going there to get my nails done for a wedding the next day and I was going to be a bridesmaid, so I needed pale pinky/nude nails to match my dress. When I sat down, they only had about 5 colours to choose from, all mostly bright and completely the wrong colour. She convinced me to try the pink french manicure colour and said it would be really nice. She proceeded to file my nails really short - some were wonky and mis-matched and did the base coat and then started with the french manicure colour. This was basically see-through and I said I wasn't happy with it. She then said we could use normal nail polish in between layers - I said I didn't think that would work but she convinced me to try. The nail polish was clearly old as it was quite thick and clumpy and it wasn't painted on neatly at all so I asked her to take it off and ended up leaving with badly filed nails and a base coat of gel. I then had to go somewhere else after work to sort them out, paying again for a gel manicure as well as a removal to take off the base gel layer, as the new place I went to wanted to make sure they provided a good quality manicure. All in all, it was an absolute disaster! I prepaid online so I've lost a lot of money. Avoid for nails!!!
The owner was very pleasant and the room was huge and very nice. However, she missed a lot of hairs, I think this was because she did not use the beauty light.
The lady was very friendly and kind. She even arranged a different time slot for me, which i really appreciate. She even gave me some suggestions to treat my nails in the best way possible.
