The overall experience was very pleasant. Anna the manager (and my beauty therapist) was very chatty and informative and gave me some good pointers about my daily facial routine. The massage was lovely but the only thing that let the whole experience down was the room the treatment was carried out in. You could hear the people next door and there was bright light pouring into the room which I feel removes from the relaxation of a massage or facial. Maybe they could consider a darkened room for treatments that are meant to be relaxing.
