No one was onsite to open the door for me at the day and time of the appointment. There was no phone number provided for me to call. The place is a flat in a council estate block; the flat from the outside did not look clean at all. I would not go back there. I am glad I didn't pay beforehand.

No contact from Callabash so I went to the address listed to be told "not today" by a gentleman. I called, texted and emailed the contact details provided and still have heard nothing back. Extremely disappointed - a complete waste of time. I'm just glad I hadn't paid in advance!

I'm afraid that Florence got lost trying to find my house (despite confirming address that morning) and didn't tell me until half an hour after the appointment, my address was also in writing and emailed so a real shame I didn't get more notice on this.
