Callum was very welcoming, very engaging letting me know what he was doing and how it was it was going to help me, It was my first sports massage in a long time, safe to say after a couple days I feel like a new man lower back and calves feel a millions times better 100% recommend!!

Booked a consultation with Callum tonight and after an in-depth discussion regarding my injuries he advised me what would be good for my back and also what wouldn’t. Massage was great it was lovely to meet Callum he made me feel very comfortable and explained the various techniques through out. I can feel a difference already in my shoulders and back. Will definitely be returning.
