Once again I had a really good massage session. My shoulders and hip pains are miles better after the AYM deep tissue. Today, I was going to be extremely late for my session due to work but I messaged Helena to see if she could reschedule my appt. and she did not hesitate at all. Helena is a gem, that needs discovering. She is very accommodating and pays extreme attention to her work professionally. I will be back soon.
