Lovely staff! Ad did my hair, and was very gentle. Got a 5 star cup of tea from Lisa too.. Which was brilliant!! Lovely experience.
A lovely place to get your nails, hair or beauty done. Was offered a tea or coffee on arrival which was lovely and appointment was on time and my nails look lovely. Very easy to park. Would highly recommend!

The store was really busy and I got stuck in traffic, arrived late & had to leave halfway through my refill to get to an eyelash appoinment. I was flying to South of France the next day and the nail technician stayed behind and waited 70 mins after closing to make sure I had my nails done for my holiday. Now if that isn't great customer service I don't know what is. I wish the toilet was built/decorated nicer but nevertheless i will be going back.
