I was meant to get a treatment for 1hr 45 mins for pedi and mani but received 35 mins treatment and over paid. such a shame

They removed my eyelashes while sitting on a chair. I just expected to be laying on a bed. Also as the lady was PULLING my eyelashes off she was opening my eyes which meant the remover went in my eyes and was very painful. I had to go out that evening with bright red bloodshot eyes. Their pedicures looked really lovely though.
