Had the 'bring your own colour' treatment. As always very happy with the hairdresser here, she is very nice and very efficient and this is good value for money. However, it did annoy me that the owner tried to charge me 4 pounds more at the end of the treatment saying the price had changed but she forgot to change it online. That's not how it works! Either way, would return for the hairdresser she's great.
My first visit here was amazing, I was offered water and selected my colour, I changed my mind to have the same colour as my nail technician and she made sure I was comfortable and happy with the treatment. We had a lovely polite conversation and I enjoyed my visit so much I got a last minute pedicure and eyebrow wax which I wouldn't have done if I didn't feel so comfortable and taken care of

The spa pedicure was fantastic and felt really luxurious and indulgent, so I would definitely recommend it.
The spa manicure was not as good; my nails were uneven and the treatment felt rushed. I had paid for the treatment in advance via the Treatwell site (which the staff did not appear to know about) and then had to pay a further amount because I had opted for gel polish - it would have been nice if this had been explained to me beforehand.
The staff all spent a lot of time conversing in their own language which was rather off-putting, and there seemed to be a general confusion about the bookings and prices.
All in all this was a disappointing experience sadly and I don't think I would go back.
