Appointment was late due to a stylist 'not turning up', lots of people waiting around. Only ended up being 30 mins instead of the 55 I'd paid for. Hairdresser didn't know curly hair very well, also made some patronising comments, eg. "you need to dye your grey roots" (I'm 24) and "your natural style is so messy" (it's curly). She gave me a blow-dry which looked nice straight but, as I said to her, my hair is now significantly shorter than I asked for due to it being curly.

It was a great, very quick the only thing I'd say was it could have been tidied up a little more, there were a few bits a tiny bit uneven

The salon is very clean and bright. Biba did a great dry cut with my hair, it was very quick and high quality. she also let me know about their nail salon so I had shellac on my nails. Again, it was great quality and Katrina who did my nails was lovely. I would recommend this salon to anyone, it's great quality, great price, very clean and the staff are lovely. :)
