I’ve been to this salon before&was told that if I brought my own hair dye they could use it and charge £10 less. So I brought my own colour to match what I usually use on my roots. However, when I mentioned the price difference the manager said “That’s only if you bring the peroxide too.” That was never mentioned during my previous visit & even when I explained that she insisted. The stylist who did my hair did a great job but the manager doesn’t know how to keep her clients. Very disappointed
