I am very happy with my new natural blonde color, it's perfect.
You can't pay by card, they accept cash only but I wasn't annouced in advance.
I had to go and withdraw money and come back which is not such a big thing but I would have liked to know this in advance.

Irene was excellent. She made minimal comment about the (awful) state of my hair when I came in, and offered polite suggestions when I said I was unsure what I wanted. She seemed to care about giving me the best haircut for my face rather than doing what was easiest or getting me out of the salon as quickly as possible. Very professional.
In the past, I've made the mistake of paying top dollar for pretty surroundings rather than good service. This place is simple, and looks more like a men's barbershop than a women's salon--but that's what makes it good value for money.

Great value for money. My haircut looks and feel great. Irene did a great job and was very friendly. This is not a place if you want luxurious surroundings / magazines etc but it is perfect for a good value haircut. It also only took 45 minutes for a wash, cut and blow dry for long hair.
