Confirmed through treatwell but hair dresser on arrival said “not enough time for this.” We even called before to confirm got there 1/2 hr early! Fatima was extremely rude and I left with tears. If you have dark hair BEWARE as they will charge you extra on top of the £80 paid for highlights! When I asked what the extra monies was for, the hair dresser Fatima said, “look she doesn’t even want to pay for extra” Forget any professional service, but atleast treat customers with some respect!
