got there having prepaid £66 for my treatment and told i had to pay another £35 for toner and £25 because my hair was “extra long” instead of “long” as i chose beforehand- even though the option for extra long hair was only £10 more on the app. absolutely disgusted with the amount that i was overcharged. manager didn’t seem to care. the treatment itself was perfect and very quick, i recommend ameer but do not come here unless you want to pay double the amount you expected.
