didn’t properly tone my hair ,i’ve come here before and expected what i got last time . another customer came and mine was rushed. i was told it’s because of my hair type but when booking i had chosen an early time away from any other bookings to avoid this. i called up saying he didn’t do this properly as i’ve been here two months ago and have pictures , my hair is two different colours and the main owner disagrees , obviously . i won’t be coming anymore a shame as im a regaular
