Great we will be back
Lovely experience!
This barber doesn’t seem to appreciate booking appointments through Treatwell, which I find strange. Apart from that, the barber (Bilal) was very good with the scissors and trimmer. He gave me a good haircut. The beard, however, he didn’t exactly follow my instructions and how I’d like it. Nonetheless, it wasn’t bad. This barber has a loyalty scheme, so ensure you get your card stamped at the end.
Great haircut
It’s the second time I’ve visited, and again this place wasn’t prepared for a prepaid and booked appointment through Treatwell. When I walked in I wasn’t asked if I’d booked in advance. Instead one of the barbers was getting ready to see me before I explained that I’ve an appointment with Bilal, which seemed to throw them off a bit. When another barber was finished with his customer, he then called me forward to which again I had to explain that I’m booked in with Bilal through Treatwell. My appointment with Bilal was 10 minutes late, and he apologised for the delay. As he was treating me, at first it felt rushed. However, I can say Bilal is a skilled barber. He did a good job on my hair and beard, and checked I was happy. He performed everything I paid for, which didn’t happen on my first visit here. To note, this place is now a male barbers only. The hairdressers and female treatments is now fully carried out at their other salon on Kentish High Street. Bilal did my appointment in 40 minutes. I had a better experience this time and was impressed with the service I received. This barber runs a reward scheme, and Bilal gave me a card explaining the rewards I could build up to. I wasn’t told about it on my first visit. Based on this experience, I’d go there again.
