Spent over £100 on a mani & pedi for me and my husband as a treat. The pedicures were ok but the manicures were awful. We didn't get to sit together, hubby was left with dirt still under his nails. My nail tech cut my finger and made me bleed, then used acetone to clean it. The paint job was poor, so much flooding all the nails lifted - poor effort.
Tried to reach out privately to express my unhappiness - twice I contacted them - no reply.
