I was made to feel at my ease straight away. My appointment was on time. I really enjoyed the treatment, It was very relaxing and I had lots of compliments on the brightness of my skin on the following weekend. I will be back again!

The aesthetician was a great threader. I had actually booked for brow and upper lip wax, and she immediately just started threading without asking me, but that was fine. However, she was truly awful at waxing. She didn’t use any sort of powder to dry off my underarms before waxing, so the wax didn’t grip well and she had to repeatedly wax the same areas (which was very damaging). The wax itself was way, way too hot, and it burned me badly and left me with scars.
