The therapist arrived 20 min late.
I felt like she didn’t know how to do my bikini line waxing. It burned and it was really painful.
I have lots of bit of wax left sticking.
Felt really bad afterwards.
I will never go back there.

Nice staff but not sure the lady knew how to give a manicure so disappointing experience. I had to ask to remove certain cuticals. The quality do this salon has gone down in recent years

This is not a hairdressing salon, it’s a room the towel was filthy I was covered in water and should have run then, the person did not know what they were doing. They said they had no training in using hair clippers🤷♂️🤷♂️ and my hair needs a cut again so I have to book another appointment somewhere else. I cannot believe what I just experienced but it was not with a hairstylist.
