Really great gel manicure - super quick and brilliant cuticle work!

Great pedicure! Good choice of colours. The manicure was fine - I queried why my nails hadn’t been soaked though before sorting the cuticles (they should have been). This was some sort of oversight. The salon were apologetic and I have a discount on my next treatment.
Mistakes happen but fair play to the spa who quickly offered a fair solution.

Good service overall. I went for a simple manicure with nail polish. Only thing to consider is that it can take a bit longer than what it's booked for to allow time for the polish to dry out
