When pedicure was ok, manicure quality definitely needs a lot improvement. Nail varnish had chipped off already, for some reason my nails started breaking (they seem thiner than before). And cuticle was not removed properly. This was the first time with a different technician, I always had a good service before l so I didn’t imagine it will not turn well this time..

Marcsi was amazing and wonderful! I incorrectly booked my manicure and she went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get my gel French manicure done.
