Ravina was really nice and the face wax was pretty painless! Only issue i had was it seemed kind of rushed and when i left there was still some leftover wax on my face/hair (probably missed while cleaning) and i had a burn/small scar near sideburns - seems like the skin came off during wax, but in all fairness i have really sensitive skin..
