A very lovely experience! Would have loved a tiny bit more care at the end to ensure the details in the haircut were perfect, but the overall experience was great, and the staff were very kind

They didn’t find my reservation at first and almost sent me away even though i prepayed.
Very basic haircut, hairdresser didn’t speak English and wasn’t helpful and didn’t make me feel comfortable.
