I very explicitly asked for a long Bob showing a video of what I looked like before with that cut. I had a botched cut in March 25 and had to grow out my hair hoping to have it cut as a long Bob again. I walked out with the exact same cut I walked in with (short/straight Bob) just that I now lost those 9 months of hair growth. I was so explicit about what I want repeating myself throughout since I needed to avoid ending up with the same cut. I complained numerous times but I'm being ignored.
