I had gels done before Christmas, they looked great and the girl that did them was really cool and chatty

Not happy with this visit, nails are messy. Gel was applied too thick, therefore spilt over the edge and wasn't tidied up properly. Staff struggled to understand that I wanted glitter on top of a base colour, and what that might look like. The colour of one gel was demonstrated to me on the girls gloves, she then proceeded to use these gloves with the sticky gel varnish and glitter all over whilst she was doing the 'manicure'. I had to request for her to change these gloves and to wash my hands. I also paid for a manicure, however I literally had a shape and polish. There was no soak, and cuticles weren't touched either. Overall very disappointing.
