I arrived earlier and they were able to accommodate me. the staff were really friendly and the nails look great. Only point to improve in my eyes is that they might need a larger selection of nail polish colours (shellac colours)

Overall good. Staff were a bit all over the place, but I think that was because it was a bit too busy. Lovely staff and very happy with the treatment.
